A straightforward commitment behind every ENNAT system: what's covered, how long, and exactly what to do if you ever need to file a claim.
For the first 24 months after installation, ENNAT replaces any non-functional component of your system, regardless of cause.
Failure from misuse, excessive impacts, repeated collisions or human error is covered, not just manufacturing defects.
Once a claim is confirmed, the replacement part ships within 48 hours at ENNAT's expense.
Systems installed by ENNAT-certified teams carry a separate 6-month installation warranty: if an issue results from improper installation, ENNAT repairs or replaces the affected components at no cost.
This promise applies per purchase order, installation phase or project area.
Scratches, paint abrasion or discoloration that don't affect the component's function are not covered.
Corrosion on non-galvanized steel is excluded. For humid or high-exposure environments, ask about our galvanized versions.
No portal, no forms buried in fine print — just your regional ENNAT team.
Contact your regional ENNAT team with your purchase order or project reference and a description of the issue.
Send a few photos of the affected component so our team can confirm coverage quickly.
Once confirmed, the replacement part ships within 48 hours at ENNAT's expense.
We're glad to walk through the details for your specific installation.
