Frequently Asked Questions
1
Who We Are and What Makes Us Different
Who is ENNAT? Do you have real experience?
1
ENNAT is an advanced industrial protection company focused on evolving industrial safety for modern operations. We operate in the United States, Mexico, Spain, and Chile. More than 100 leading companies trust our systems, including Nestlé, DHL, Tesla, Caterpillar, Coca-Cola, and Walmart. We do not sell generic barriers. We design protection systems that combine engineering, controlled energy absorption, and long-term durability.

Who We Are and What Makes Us Different
Do you have experience in my industry?
2
Yes. We regularly work in logistics, food production, retail, automotive, distribution centers, and manufacturing environments with high forklift traffic and demanding operational standards. We can share real case studies from operations similar to yours.
1
Who We Are and What Makes Us Different
What makes ENNAT different from traditional steel guardrails?
3
Traditional steel systems are rigid. They transfer impact forces directly to anchors, concrete, and structural elements. The barrier survives, but the floor, anchors, and infrastructure absorb the damage. ENNAT combines structural steel with vulcanized rubber absorption modules at the base. Impact energy is absorbed and dissipated before reaching the anchors and concrete. This reduces floor damage, anchor failure, and long-term repair costs.

Who We Are and What Makes Us Different
What makes ENNAT different from plastic barriers?
4
Plastic systems rely primarily on flexibility. After repeated impacts they tend to elongate, lose clearance, and progressively overload anchors. ENNAT does not depend on uncontrolled flexibility. Absorption happens at the base through engineered rubber modules with active memory, allowing the system to maintain geometry, spacing, and structural predictability over time. We evolve protection. We do not oversimplify it.
2
Performance and Benefits
How much impact can your products withstand?
1
Our main barriers are engineered to withstand up to 15 kJ. Bollards withstand approximately 7 kJ. Each project includes a technical specification sheet defining the absorption capacity according to forklift type, weight, and expected speed. We design based on real operational conditions, not assumptions.
2
Performance and Benefits
Can you guarantee zero floor damage?
2
No responsible manufacturer can guarantee zero damage in every scenario. What we guarantee is controlled energy absorption at the base, significantly reducing force transmission to anchors and concrete compared to rigid or purely flexible systems. The objective is risk reduction and structural protection, not unrealistic promises.
2
Performance and Benefits
What is the lifespan of ENNAT systems?
3
Service life depends on traffic intensity and impact frequency. Many ENNAT installations have been operating for more than 10 years. The key is modularity: If a component is damaged, only that module is replaced, not the entire barrier. This extends system life and keeps long-term cost of ownership under control.
2
Performance and Benefits
Do you provide technical backing or certifications?
4
Yes. Our technology is supported by patents, engineering development, and real-world validation across global industrial operations. We support our claims with evidence, not marketing language.
2
Performance and Benefits
How does your cost compare to other systems?
5
Initial investment is typically:
Comparable to traditional steel
More cost-efficient than high-end plastic systems
The difference is total cost of ownership:
Reduced floor repairs
Fewer full replacements
Modular component changes
24-month Reliability Promise
In many cases, ROI is achieved in under three years.
3
Warranty, Service, and Client Relationship
What is the ENNAT Reliability Promise?
1
For the first 24 months, ENNAT will replace any non-functional component, regardless of cause. If a component fails due to misuse, excessive impacts, repeated collisions, or human error, it will be replaced. Replacement is shipped within 48 hours at ENNAT’s expense. Cosmetic damage such as scratches, paint abrasion, or discoloration is not covered. Corrosion on non-galvanized steel is excluded. This promise applies per PO, installation phase, or project area.
3
Warranty, Service, and Client Relationship
Do you provide installation warranty?
2
Yes. For systems installed by ENNAT-certified teams, installation is guaranteed for 6 months. If an issue results from improper installation, ENNAT will repair or replace affected components at no cost.
3
Warranty, Service, and Client Relationship
How fast can you deliver and install?
3
We maintain stock and work with certified local installation partners. Delivery timelines depend on project scope but are typically within weeks. Large projects are executed in phases to avoid operational disruption.
3
Warranty, Service, and Client Relationship
What if I need replacements or maintenance?
4
ENNAT systems are modular. Damaged modules are replaced individually, not entire barriers. We also offer preventive maintenance programs for long-term operational performance.
3
Warranty, Service, and Client Relationship
Can your products be installed outdoors?
5
Yes. UV exposure may cause gradual color fading, but this does not affect mechanical performance or impact absorption.
3
Warranty, Service, and Client Relationship
How does corrosion affect the system?
6
In humid or high-exposure environments, carbon steel may develop corrosion over time. For these applications, we offer galvanized versions that significantly extend service life. Corrosion on non-galvanized steel is not covered under warranty.

Warranty, Service, and Client Relationship
Do you compete with resellers?
7
No. ENNAT grows with its partners. We offer structured, tiered discount models based on volume and project scope, ensuring sustainable collaboration. Our objective is long-term partnership, not channel conflict.
