Advanced Technology for Ultimate Protection

Our rubber technology absorbs impact energy, gradually decelerating forces to prevent structural damage. Discover how ENNAT's patented systems deliver superior protection without sacrificing operational space.

See It in Motion

The Mechanism, in Real Time

Not an animation of an idea: this is the actual PB100 geometry under a simulated impact. Two impacts, two things to watch.

Direct impact The rubber takes the hit and decelerates it gradually. The energy is absorbed at the base, without elongation, so it never reaches the structure behind it.

Controlled Deformation

The rubber rotates with the blow and deforms in a controlled way, instead of bending permanently the way metal does.

Impact Absorption

The impact energy is dissipated in the rubber instead of travelling through to the anchors and the concrete underneath.

Space-Efficient

Absorbs impacts without requiring elongation, saving valuable operational space. Energy is absorbed at the base.

The Mechanism

Absorb, Rotate, Redirect

Our solutions combine the strength of steel, the shock absorption of rubber, and the damping our protection systems achieve by flexing and rotating. Together, they provide superior protection by absorbing impacts and redirecting machinery movement.

Impact with rotation The flexibility of the rubber not only absorbs impact energy but also enables a rotation mechanism that redirects the vehicle's motion. This rotation supports a smooth deceleration and prevents energy from reaching the structural base.

Rotating Modules

Rubber modules rotate upon impact, redirecting motion and minimizing damage while maintaining integrity.

Rubber-Metal Integration

Rubber is the primary energy-absorption agent, paired with metal for structural strength that dissipates force.

Modular Design

Highly versatile, allowing seamless assembly of different components to meet specific protection needs.

Patents & Innovation

Why Our Intellectual Property Matters

Our protection systems are backed by a registered intellectual property portfolio — industrial designs and utility models filed and granted across the Americas, Europe and the Middle East. The engineering behind them is our own: the geometry, the rubber-and-steel architecture, and the way the energy of an impact is absorbed and redirected.

For your operation that means two things. What you install is the original engineering, built to the specification it was designed and tested for — not a generic copy of it. And it is a supply you can plan around: protected technology has one manufacturer answering for it, one quality standard, and continuity of parts and replacements over the life of the installation.
